Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, though a bit small, were very comfortable nonetheless. The service was friendly and accommodating, with a great dry sense of humor. The location was in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to main activities. The dining experience was varied and plentiful, although some items were a bit bland. The facilities were lovely and large, much better than expected from a Scandinavian hotel.
The hotel offers a unique experience with comfortable rooms despite being a little cramped and not having windows. The breakfast is exceptional, making up for the lack of natural light. The service is top-notch, professional, and exceptionally friendly. The location is quiet yet close to the city center, providing a pleasant retreat. The dining experience is delicious but basic for the price. Overall, a great value for a memorable stay.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, but unfortunately, we had some trouble with the temperature being too warm and couldn't adjust it with the unmanned thermostat. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our time there enjoyable. The location was convenient, although slightly out of the city center. The dining options were good, with a nice selection of items. However, the value for money could have been better.
The hotel offers a unique insight into being in a single cell with modern decoration made from two prison cells. The staff is friendly but had a small issue with the sauna reservation. It's ideal for walking into Helsinki center, although slightly out of town. The dining experience could be improved, with limited options available. The courtyard bar adds a different touch to the stay.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The Classic Queen Room was perfect for a couple, very clean, comfortable, and incredibly quiet. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making my visit truly enjoyable. I will definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Helsinki.
The hotel's rooms were extremely well designed and comfortable, offering a lovely interior and all the essentials for a delightful stay. The service was top-notch with attentive and helpful staff, especially Taija who made our travel arrangements seamless. The location was extremely convenient, being close to the Viking Line terminal and tram stops. The dining experience was outstandingly delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. On the downside, the hotel lacked certain facilities but overall provided great value for money.
The hotel offers a chic escape with unique room architecture featuring high windows, thick brick walls, and a central cast-iron staircase reminiscent of a scene from 'Escape from Alcatraz. ' A delightful Easter holiday gift for my daughter, although lacking air conditioning common in Helsinki apartments.
